Buscamos parcerias com as melhores marcas globais, trazendo tecnologia de ponta para atender às exigências dos nossos clientesPara saber mais, segue nossas redes sociais:@paveibrands@paveitactical@pavesectech@petitpiaoficial@hawapioutdoor@aurokbrasil@bresciaarmas@thermosbrasilResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesMensalmente, fazer a conciliação fiscal (entradas e saídas), analisando e conferindo NFs de produtos e serviços, bem como itens de importação, apurando ou conferindo o cálculo dos tributos a serem recolhidos e preparando a emissão das Guias para o recolhimento ou compensação dos débitos, de acordo com a legislação fiscal e procedimentos internos;Organizar, controlar e manter atualizados arquivos, cadastros, registros de documentos e outras informações da área, para fazer frente às eventuais fiscalizações, controles internos ou contabilização;Pesquisar e estudar a legislação fiscal-tributária, dando a orientação necessária às demais áreas da empresa;Enviar mensalmente as obrigações fiscais (Sped Fiscal, Sped contribuições, etc) e acompanhar as novas obrigações implantadas afim de assegurar a regularidade fiscal das entidades;Providenciar a entrada e acompanhamento de processos junto ao Fisco, com relação a cancelamento de tributos lançados indevidamente;Dar suporte às demais áreas da empresa na preparação e emissão de documentos e relatórios sobre as atividades da área;Cumprir normas e procedimentos internos de processos, de conduta, de saúde e de segurança, bem como zelar pela organização e conservação dos ambientes e recursos de trabalho;Desenvolver outras atividades inerentes ao cargo ou a critério de seu superior imediato, desde que o profissional esteja habilitado e as atividades estejam de acordo com o seu conhecimento e experiência.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins;Conhecimento em Excel intermediário;Vivência na área fiscal, apuração de impostos e declarações;Conhecimento no ERP SAP Business One será um diferencial.
