Este(a) profissional atuará nas rotinas fiscais da companhia, garantindo conformidade com a legislação vigente e contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos. Buscamos alguém com comunicação clara e assertiva, capaz de interagir com diferentes de forma colaborativa e orientada à resolução de problemas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOs desafios que aguardam por você no próximo destino são:Ser responsável pelo recebimento de notas fiscais por e-mail e sistemas integrados, garantindo o correto fluxo de entrada dos documentos;  Realizar lançamentos no SAP de tipos diversos de notas e documentos diversos, assegurando conformidade com os requisitos fiscais e contábeis; Efetuar a conferência de documentos fiscais emitidos contra a matriz e filiais do grupo, validando dados no ERP/SAP para correta contabilização; Assegurar que as notas conferidas alimentem corretamente o sistema fiscal responsável pela apuração dos impostos; Apoiar na manutenção dos controles operacionais da área, contribuindo para a redução de pendências e melhoria contínua dos processos. Requisitos e qualificaçõesNão pode faltar em sua bagagem:Ensino superior concluído de preferência Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas (diploma ou colação de grau);  Pacote Office intermediário; É fundamental manter uma comunicação clara e assertiva, garantindo alinhamento com as áreas parceiras e evitando retrabalhos; Demonstrar ainda mais organização na priorização das demandas, estruturando rotinas e garantindo previsibilidade nas entregas; Fortalecer o foco na execução, direcionando energia para o que gera maior impacto e evitando dispersões ao longo do processo; Reforçar o comprometimento com resultados, antecipando riscos, buscando soluções e garantindo a conclusão das atividades com excelência;Vivência nas atividades descritas.O que pode somar ainda mais:  Conhecimento em processos de Notas Fiscais, incluindo noções dos principais tributos: ISS, INSS, IR, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ICMS e IPI;Experiência ou familiaridade com o sistema SAP, especialmente em rotinas fiscais e módulos relacionados. Informações adicionaisAqui, você voa mais alto com o Benefício Viagem, que te permite emitir passagens aéreas nacionais e internacionais com descontos especiais para você, familiares e amigos.E não podemos esquecer dos Benefícios:Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Seguro de vida em grupo;Vale-refeição;Vale-alimentação;Vale-transporte;Gympass ou Totalpass;Clube de parcerias com centenas de empresas conveniadas;Day off de aniversário;PLR.Informações Importantes:Vaga acessível também para Pessoas com Deficiência.Local de Trabalho: Sede - Granja Julieta.Horário: 8h-17h24.Modelo de Trabalho: Híbrido 4x1 (Segunda a Quinta-feira - Presencial / Sexta-feira - Home Office).Se você se identifica com o nosso Jeito, inscreva-se agora e faça parte do Time de Águias!
