Responsável pelo atendimento das operações centralizadas no CSC relacionadas à emissão de notas fiscais de triangulação de ativos (refrigeradores, chopeiras, gôndolas, racks, entre outros), contemplando a emissão e escrituração de documentos fiscais de aquisição, recebimento e conferência de notas de retorno de fornecedores, bem como a transferência e gestão de contratos em comodato. Atua na gestão do controle e da rastreabilidade fiscal dos documentos emitidos, assegurando conformidade com a legislação vigente de acordo com selos fiscais e com os controles internos da companhiaResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesEmissões de notas centralizadas·      Realizar a emissão manual de notas fiscais conforme demanda das áreas atendidas pelo CSC.·      Garantir a correta classificação fiscal, CFOP, impostos e dados obrigatórios nas notas emitidas.·      Atender solicitações de emissão de notas complementares, de ajuste ou específicas, conforme validação interna.Lançamento centralizado de notas fiscais (retorno e compra)Efetuar o lançamento de notas fiscais de retorno e aquisição nos sistemas corporativos.Conferir dados fiscais, tributários e cadastrais antes do registro das notas.Garantir integração correta entre módulos fiscais, contábeis e de estoque.Controle de estoques fiscalMonitorar e garantir a acuracidade dos saldos de estoque fiscal em confronto com o estoque físico/contábil.Realizar conciliações periódicas e identificar divergências, propondo ajustes quando necessário.Acompanhar movimentações fiscais de entrada e saída, assegurando correta escrituração e reflexo nos estoques.Análise fiscal e contábil das operaçõesAnalisar operações fiscais para garantir conformidade com a legislação tributária vigente.Validar impactos contábeis das transações fiscais, assegurando correta contabilização.Apoiar na identificação de riscos fiscais e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos.Seguir operação conforme selo fiscalAssegurar que os processos operacionais estejam em conformidade com as diretrizes e exigências do selo fiscal.Aplicar corretamente as regras fiscais específicas aplicáveis a cada tipo de operação.Manter controles e evidências documentais para auditorias e fiscalizações.Compliance tributáriaApoiar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo informações e documentação fiscal.Seguir legislação tributária conforme selos fiscais e assegurar sua aplicação nos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência Educacional: Graduação em Ciências Contábeis, Administração e Direito ou áreas correlatas Experiência de Trabalho: Conhecimento Fiscal Básico.Competências Técnicas Essenciais·      Conhecimento técnico fiscal/tributário (Básico)·      Conhecimento em SAP (Básico)·      Conhecimento em Excel (intermediário)Competências Técnicas Desejáveis·      Conhecimento em Power BI (Básico)·      Conhecimento em PowerPoint (Básico)·      Conhecimento em ciência de dados (Básico)Informações adicionaisNa Ambev, oferecemos um pacote completo de benefícios pensado para você e também para seus dependentes.
