Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar a escrituração e classificação de documentos fiscais de entrada e saída, garantindo a correta aplicação da tributação.

Realizar a apuração e conferência de tributos, incluindo ICMS, ICMS-ST, DIFAL, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, retenções e demais tributos aplicáveis às operações da empresa.

Analisar divergências e inconsistências identificadas nas apurações, documentos fiscais, sistemas e obrigações acessórias, atuando na identificação das causas e correções necessárias.

Elaborar, conferir e transmitir obrigações acessórias, incluindo EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD-Contribuições, GIA, DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf e demais declarações pertinentes.

Realizar o fechamento fiscal, acompanhando prazos, conciliações, validações e controles da área.

Analisar as operações fiscais de entrada, saída, devolução, transferência, remessa, industrialização e demais operações aplicáveis ao negócio.

Acompanhar a legislação tributária e avaliar os impactos das alterações nas operações da empresa, propondo os ajustes necessários nos processos.

Realizar análises e controles fiscais, identificando riscos, inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos.

Atuar na utilização e atualização de sistemas ERP e ferramentas fiscais, Orientar e apoiar analistas e assistentes nas rotinas fiscais, compartilhando conhecimentos e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento técnico da equipe.

Atuar com autonomia na condução das demandas da área, priorizando atividades e direcionando ao coordenador situações que envolvam riscos fiscais ou necessidade de decisão. 

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Vivência na área Fiscal, com atuação em apuração e fechamento de impostos.

Conhecimento em ICMS, ICMS-ST, DIFAL, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IPI e retenções.

Vivência com obrigações acessórias e rotinas de fechamento fiscal.

Conhecimento em Excel e sistemas ERP, sendo desejável experiência com Protheus e/ou Domínio.

Conhecimento em legislação tributária e capacidade de análise de impactos fiscais.

Perfil analítico, organizado, autônomo e com boa comunicação.
