Parte do Grupo Bun, a Bun/Buntech surgiu para atuar em mineração e em diversas aplicações da Bentonita, nosso principal minério até hoje.Presentes em múltiplos mercados e negócios, como o de Higiene e Limpeza, Fundição, Agro, Nutrição Animal dentro outros, buscamos trazer sempre as melhores e mais inovadoras experiências aos nossos clientes.Para que você tenha sucesso no grupo Bun, você precisará: Liderar & Inspirar (se você for líder); Ser inovador; Ter senso de dono; Ter foco no cliente; Trabalhar bem em time e aprender e multiplicar. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a apuração, revisão e validação dos impostos indiretos, incluindo ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS e COFINS, assegurando a correta aplicação da legislação, identificação de oportunidades e mitigação de riscos fiscais.Supervisionar e garantir a entrega das obrigações acessórias, como GIA-ST, SPED Fiscal, CIAP, EFD Contribuições, FCI, PER/DCOMP, EFD-Reinf e DCTFWeb, assegurando qualidade das informações, cumprimento de prazos e aderência às normas vigentes.Atuar de forma estratégica no monitoramento da legislação tributária, avaliando impactos relevantes para o negócio, propondo soluções e liderando a implementação de mudanças nos processos fiscais e sistemas.Ser referência técnica na área fiscal, apoiando e desenvolvendo analistas pleno e júnior, promovendo disseminação de conhecimento e padronização de procedimentos.Atuar de forma consultiva junto às áreas internas, especialmente operações, Supply Chain, comercial e TI, orientando sobre os impactos fiscais de decisões de negócio, novos produtos, operações e projetos.Liderar iniciativas relacionadas à Reforma Tributária, incluindo mapeamento de impactos, definição de estratégias de adequação, interface com consultorias externas, validação de sistemas e acompanhamento de testes e implementação.Coordenar e conduzir atendimentos a auditorias internas e externas, bem como fiscalizações, sendo responsável pela preparação de materiais, defesa técnica e interação com auditores e órgãos fiscalizadores.Identificar, propor e implementar melhorias contínuas nos processos fiscais, com foco em automação, eficiência operacional, Compliance e redução de contingências fiscais.Gerenciar riscos fiscais, incluindo revisão de processos, validação de parametrizações, análise de inconsistências e desenvolvimento de controles internos robustos.Participar ativamente de projetos multidisciplinares, incluindo implantação de ERP, melhorias sistêmicas e iniciativas de transformação digital na área fiscal.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações: Graduação completa em Ciências Contábeis (preferencial), Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Sólida experiência na apuração, revisão e validação de tributos indiretos e na entrega de obrigações acessórias, atuando com alto nível de autonomia;Conhecimento avançado em ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS e COFINS, incluindo análise de operações complexas e identificação de riscos e oportunidades fiscais;Ampla vivência com SPED Fiscal, EFD Contribuições, GIA-ST, CIAP, DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf, PER/DCOMP e demais obrigações acessórias, com foco em consistência, compliance e governança;Experiência na análise e acompanhamento de legislação tributária em níveis federal, estadual e municipal, com capacidade de interpretar impactos e propor soluções práticas para o negócio;Vivência em atendimento a auditorias internas e externas, bem como fiscalizações, com atuação na preparação de materiais e suporte técnico;Conhecimento em ERP Protheus/TOTVS e/ou outros sistemas fiscais, incluindo participação em parametrizações, melhorias sistêmicas ou implementação de projetos (diferencial relevante);Conhecimento avançado em Excel (fórmulas complexas, tabelas dinâmicas, análise de dados e conciliações);Experiência em projetos fiscais, incluindo iniciativas de melhoria contínua, automação de processos e/ou adaptação à Reforma Tributária;Disponibilidade para atuar 4 dias presenciais em Indaiatuba e 1 dia em home office.Informações adicionaisOferecemos para você:Assistência Médica e Odontológica;Refeitório;Vale Transporte;Prêmio Assiduidade (Cartão Caju, saldo livre);Bônus Anual;Seguro de Vida;Estacionamento;Convênio Farmácia;Total Pass (convênio academia);Convênio Clube SESI;Parceria com escolas de idiomas e educação;Desconto nos produtos da Kelco Pet Care;Kit Congelado;Presentes de Natal para os filhos (Até 10 anos).
