Buscamos um(a) Analista Fiscal Sênior para integrar a área de Tributos de uma empresa multinacional de tecnologia, com operações no Brasil, Reino Unido e França.Procuramos um profissional com perfil analítico, visão de negócio e senso de dono, que atue como referência técnica em tributos indiretos, recebimento fiscal, compliance tributário, controles internos e recuperação de créditos, contribuindo para a evolução dos processos, mitigação de riscos e adaptação da companhia ao novo cenário da Reforma Tributária.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar e revisar a apuração de PIS, COFINS, ISS e retenções tributárias;Atuar como responsável pelo processo de recebimento fiscal, validando documentos fiscais de entrada, enquadramento tributário, retenções, créditos e escrituração fiscal;Apoiar as áreas de Compras, Contas a Pagar e Operações na correta classificação fiscal de fornecedores e documentos;Garantir a entrega das obrigações acessórias federais, estaduais e municipais aplicáveis;Conduzir processos de recuperação e compensação de créditos tributários via PER/DCOMP.;Participar dos projetos relacionados à implementação da Reforma Tributária (IBS e CBS);Monitorar alterações na legislação e avaliar impactos para a companhia;Atender auditorias internas, externas e fiscalizações;Realizar conciliações das contas de impostos, tributos a recuperar, saldos compensáveis e obrigações fiscais;Desenvolver e monitorar controles internos, garantindo conformidade, rastreabilidade das informações e redução de riscos fiscais;Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, automação de processos e implementação de indicadores da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Direito, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento sólido em PIS, COFINS, ISS e retenções tributárias;Experiência com recebimento fiscal e análise de documentos fiscais de entrada;Experiência com obrigações acessórias fiscais;Vivência em recuperação e compensação de créditos tributários via PER/DCOMP;Experiência na criação, execução e monitoramento de controles internos e compliance fiscal;Conhecimento em conciliações contábeis de tributos;Inglês intermediário ou avançado;Excel avançado e forte capacidade analítica.Diferenciais:Experiência em empresas multinacionais.Participação em projetos relacionados à Reforma Tributária.Pós-graduação em Direito Tributário, Gestão Tributária, Controladoria ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em Protheus (TOTVS).Conhecimento em Power BI.Experiência com automação, governança e melhoria de processos.Residir em Campinas ou região.
