Assegurar o controle da documentação, abastecimento, manutenção e higienização dos veículos, bem como, da jornada de trabalho e diárias dos motoristas, a fim de manter as condições de trafegabilidade da frota e cumprimento das normas e procedimentos da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar a viagem e os veículos informando as áreas interessadas a previsão de término das mesmas;Cadastrar no sistema os veículos de agenciador para prestação de serviço de transferência de mercadorias;Realizar provisão, programação e lançamento de diárias de motoristas, acompanhando o pagamento das mesmas;Habilitar o equipamento rastreador dentro dos padrões da empresa para utilização e programação de viagem no sistema de gerenciamento de riscos;Lançar em sistema a documentação dos veículos da empresa, para provisão do pagamento das taxas e regularização do mesmo junto aos órgãos de trânsito;Realizar o lançamento dos problemas mecânicos, repassando as informações ao setor de manutenção;Agendar a manutenção dos veículos, junto aos prestadores de serviços credenciados e efetuar o lançamento de notas fiscais do que for realizado;Realizar o lançamento das infrações de trânsito no sistema, e acompanhar a regularização da ocorrência;Realizar o lançamento no sistema dos dados de abastecimento e higienização de veículos;Realizar o processo de compra dos cartões de vale pedágio;Requisitar ao setor de suprimentos a compra de material e acessórios para uso obrigatório nos veículos;Solicitar registro de veículos e alterações de característica dos mesmos, bem como a regularização de registro do número do motor e/ou chassi junto aos órgãos de trânsito e disponibilizar para uso;Auditar discos de tacógrafos, identificando possíveis falhas no funcionamento do equipamento e eventuais excessos de velocidade por parte dos condutores, e direcionar as informações para os responsáveis;Sugerir melhorias nos processos da frota, para desenvolvimento de projetos de média complexidade e que possam vir a otimizar as atividades, reduzir custos e retrabalhos bem como melhorar os níveis de serviços aos clientes;Manter-se atualizado em relação às tendências e inovações tecnológicas de sua área de atuação e das necessidades do setor;Prestar suporte aos superiores hierárquicos, fornecendo informações sobre rotinas e procedimentos;Atender e respeitar procedimentos padrões e de segurança do trabalho na empresa e nos estabelecimentos terceiros (clientes).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Experiência em atividades administrativas de Frota.Informações adicionais
