O profissional será referência funcional, apoiando áreas usuárias, usuários-chave, equipes internas e fornecedores externos.

Responsabilidades:

• Atuar no suporte de 3º nível do SAP MM, realizando análise de incidentes complexos e problemas recorrentes

•  Realizar análise de causa raiz (RCA) e propor soluções definitivas

•  Atuar na manutenção corretiva, evolutiva e preventiva dos processos e configurações do SAP MM

•  Participar de projetos de melhorias, rollouts, upgrades, migrações e implantação de novas funcionalidades

•  Configurar e manter estruturas organizacionais, tipos de documentos, estratégias de liberação, determinação de contas e regras de negócio

•  Garantir a aderência dos processos de compras, recebimento, movimentação de materiais, inventário e verificação de faturas às políticas corporativas

•  Atuar na homologação de mudanças, elaboração de cenários, testes unitários e integrados e suporte a usuários-chave

•  Elaborar e manter documentação técnica e funcional, especificações, procedimentos e evidências de testes

•  Apoiar auditorias, controles internos e demandas de compliance relacionadas aos processos de suprimentos e estoques

•  Atuar como ponto focal funcional, orientando analistas de níveis inferiores e apoiando a gestão de fornecedores

•  Interagir com as áreas de Suprimentos, Logística, Fiscal, Financeiro, Controladoria e TI Corporativa

Requisitos:

•  Sólida experiência em SAP MM (ECC e/ou S/4HANA)

•  Domínio dos principais processos do módulo:

Compras e Suprimentos (MM-PUR) Gestão de Estoques e Inventário (MM-IM) Verificação de Faturas e integração fiscal (MM-IV) Cadastro e avaliação de materiais e fornecedores

• Conhecimento avançado em:

Estruturas organizacionais e dados mestres de MM Estratégias de liberação, contratos, pedidos, requisições e fontes de suprimento Determinação de contas, tipos de movimento, valuation e configuração via SPRO Processos de entrada de mercadorias, transferências, inventário e verificação de faturas

• Integrações com outros módulos SAP (FI, CO, SD, PP, WM/EWM) e sistemas terceiros

•  Análise de jobs, logs, filas, mensagens de erro e documentos com falhas de processamento

•  Conhecimento em SAP Notes, especificações funcionais, depuração funcional e aplicação de correções
