Apoiar e conduzir atividades fundiárias de empreendimentos de energia renovável (solar, eólica, etc.) durante a fase de implantação, assegurando a liberação das áreas, gestão de contratos de locação de imóveis, tratativas de indenização e interface entre proprietários de imóveis e demais empresas contratadas para o projeto. Atuar como facilitador para o avanço dos projetos, garantindo a segurança e bom relacionamento com a comunidade

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar em campo nas atividades de diligências fundiárias na fase de implantação dos projetosConduzir assinaturas de minutas de contratos (indenizações, reassentamentos, arrendamentos, servidões, autorizações de acesso, etc.), bem como organização do acervo documental;Auxiliar na elaboração e auditoria de laudos de avaliação de imóveis e benfeitorias;Apoiar na atualização de controles e planilhas com status de contratos e documentações.Prestar suporte em visitas a campo de terceiros e órgãos públicos.Suporte em atividades de regularização fundiária e CAR - Cadastro Ambiental Rural

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo (Engenharia Agronômica, Engenharia Ambiental, Engenharia Civil, Engenharia Florestal, Geografia, Direito);Experiência em obras de parques eólicos, parques solares e linhas de transmissão;Conhecimento de legislação agrária, engenharia de avaliações, contratos de uso, servidão, regularização de imóveis rurais e urbanos;Habilidade em negociação, boa comunicação e organização documental;Domínio de ferramentas de georreferenciamento (desejável) e geoprocessamento (QGIS ou similar).
