Vem ser Cimed! Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a investigação de não conformidades internas para determinação de causa raiz e definição de planos de ação em conjunto com os setores envolvidos, assim como na análise de tendências dos processos que envolve a cadeia do negócio farmacêutico (aquisições à expedição de produtos) e avaliação da eficácia das ações implementadas.Liderar e gerenciar os  processos de investigação através dos times de trabalho, monitorando o cumprimento das ações e dos prazos definidos para a resolução/mitigação dos eventos observados relacionados a desvios da qualidade;Monitorar de estoques bloqueados por motivos relacionados a desvios de qualidade;Levantar dados para reporte ao time de RPP com informações de desvios da qualidade;Auxiliar a Coordenação na definição e monitoramento das atividades de Comitê de Desvios através do levantamento de dados e compilação de informações, de forma a assegurar o devido tratamento aos eventos relatados e captados nos desvios em andamento e contribuir para as discussões e resoluções dos eventuais problemas colocados em pauta;Elaborar e ministrar treinamentos de forma a divulgar os conceitos de Análise e Investigação de Ocorrência e Desvios e Uso de Ferramentas de Qualidade;Elaboração, revisão e treinamento de documentos da qualidade, como Planos, Procedimentos, Formulários, entre outros, inerentes aos processos executados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em FarmáciaConhecimento em investigação de desvios, análise de causa raiz e ferramentas da qualidade — Ishikawa, 5 Porquês, 5W2H, FMEA, árvore de falhas e brainstorming;Conhecimento em BPF, gestão de riscos e legislações sanitárias aplicáveis ao setor farmacêutico.
