Vem ser Cimed! Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na investigação de desvios, não conformidades e ocorrências da qualidade, identificando causas raiz e definindo planos de ação junto às áreas envolvidas. Monitorar e analisar tendências dos processos relacionados à cadeia farmacêutica, desde o recebimento de materiais até a expedição de produtos. Garantir a aderência às Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF) e aos requisitos regulatórios aplicáveis. Conduzir treinamentos relacionados a BPF, qualidade e procedimentos operacionais. Fornecer suporte técnico às áreas produtivas, almoxarifados, pesagem e demais áreas de interface. Acompanhar atividades do Sistema da Qualidade, contribuindo para a manutenção do estado de controle dos processos. Elaborar e executar projetos de melhoria contínua voltados para qualidade, produtividade e otimização de recursos. Apoiar a gestão de estoques bloqueados por desvios de qualidade e acompanhar ações corretivas e preventivas (CAPA).

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Farmácia. Experiência em Garantia da Qualidade no segmento farmacêutico. Conhecimento sólido em Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF) e gestão de desvios. Vivência com ferramentas da qualidade, como Ishikawa, 5 Porquês, 5W2H, FMEA, Árvore de Falhas e análise de riscos.
