Apoiar a execução dos processos operacionais de recursos humanos, atuando nas etapas de integração, recrutamento, seleção, capacitação e desenvolvimento de colaboradores. Contribuir para a correta aplicação das diretrizes da matriz, garantindo suporte às lideranças e aos colaboradores, a organização das rotinas administrativas de RH e o alinhamento às políticas e procedimentos da diretoria de Gente e Cultura. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar os processos de recrutamento e seleção, conforme o padrão estabelecido pela empresa, incluindo alinhamento de perfil com gestores, divulgação de vagas, triagem de currículos e condução de entrevistas individuais e/ou coletivas; Receber, conferir e organizar a documentação dos candidatos aprovados, acompanhando as etapas de exames admissionais e garantindo o correto cadastro e inclusão das informações nos sistemas para efetivação das admissões; Acompanhar o quadro de vagas da unidade, bem como as solicitações encaminhadas pelos gestores, realizando os devidos encaminhamentos aos processos seletivos; Prestar suporte a colaboradores e gestores, fornecendo orientações e esclarecimentos sobre processos seletivos internos e externos; Executar processos de promoções internas e mudanças de função, conforme os procedimentos e diretrizes estabelecidos pela empresa; Realizar a atualização e manutenção dos dados cadastrais dos colaboradores nos sistemas, assegurando a integridade e confiabilidade das informações; Conduzir o processo de integração de novos colaboradores, fornecendo orientações sobre normas, políticas e procedimentos internos, bem como realizando os registros necessários; Apoiar a realização de treinamentos internos, conforme necessidades identificadas e orientações da matriz; Atuar como apoio às ações de comunicação interna, contribuindo para a atualização e organização dos canais de comunicação da empresa; Organizar e apoiar a realização de eventos internos, conforme orientações da matriz, orçamento previsto e calendário de datas comemorativas; Manter interface com a matriz para alinhamento de informações, processos e orientações relacionadas à área de Gente e Cultura; Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos, políticas internas e diretrizes corporativas relacionadas às rotinas de RH sob sua responsabilidade; Reportar aos líderes diretos e/ou indiretos sobre os processos, projetos e planos de ação da área, bem como dificuldades e necessidades para a continuidade dos resultados da área e sustentabilidade do negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em atividades de rotinas de departamento pessoal;Ensino superior em andamento em Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas afins.Disponibilidade para atuar no horário noturno - 20h às 05h
