VAGA NOTURNA (21h00 às 06h08) de segunda a sexta-feira.Atuação como Analista de Gente e Cultura - Generalista;Conhecimento dos subsistemas: T&D, Gestão do Clima e Cultura, Avaliação de Desempenho e Administração de Pessoal/Benefícios;Experiência no suporte próximo e consultivo a líderes e equipes;Excelente comunicação interpessoal e foco na experiência do colaborador.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar e acompanhar as rotinas trabalhistas de admissão, período de experiência, rescisão contratual, homologação, férias, controle de jornada, entrega de informes de rendimentos, transferências de postos de trabalho e lançamentos em folha de pagamento, conforme processos e padrões estabelecidos pela empresa;Garantir o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista, acordos coletivos e normas internas, assegurando a conformidade dos processos sob sua responsabilidade;Prestar atendimento e suporte a colaboradores e gestores, fornecendo orientações e esclarecimentos sobre folha de pagamento, benefícios, procedimentos internos e políticas da diretoria de Gente e Cultura;Administrar os benefícios concedidos pela empresa, realizando inclusões, alterações e exclusões, de forma a assegurar o correto acesso e controle dos benefícios;Realizar treinamentos internos, conforme necessidades identificadas e orientações da matriz;Conduzir o processo de integração de novos colaboradores, fornecendo orientações sobre procedimentos internos, cultura organizacional e normas da empresa, realizando os registros necessários;Planejar, executar e apoiar ações de capacitação, desenvolvimento e treinamentos, conforme diretrizes e orientações da matriz;Conduzir os processos de comunicação interna, realizando a atualização dos canais oficiais e apoiando a aquisição de materiais quando necessário;Organizar e apoiar a realização de eventos internos, conforme orientações da matriz, orçamento aprovado e calendário de datas comemorativas;Realizar a atualização, manutenção e conferência dos dados cadastrais dos colaboradores nos sistemas, garantindo a integridade e confiabilidade das informações;Apoiar em atividades relacionadas à área de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (SESMT), sempre que necessário, conforme normas e procedimentos internos;Acompanhar e apoiar auditorias internas e externas, assegurando aderência a políticas corporativas, requisitos regulatórios e práticas de segurança da informação;Manter interface com a matriz para alinhamento de processos, orientações e demandas relacionadas à área de Gente e Cultura.Requisitos e qualificaçõesAtuação como Analista de Gente e Cultura - Generalista;Conhecimento dos subsistemas: T&D, Gestão do Clima e Cultura, Avaliação de Desempenho e Administração de Pessoal/Benefícios;Experiência no suporte próximo e consultivo a líderes e equipes;Excelente comunicação interpessoal e foco na experiência do colaborador;Experiência em atividades de rotinas de departamento pessoal;Ensino Superior Completo em Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas afins;Ter disponibilidade em horário noturno.Informações adicionaisVAGA NOTURNA (21h00 às 06h08) de segunda a sexta-feira;
