Responsável por executar e analisar os processos da Gestão de Obras, assegurando o controle dos recursos das obras, elaboração de estimativas de CAPEX, Forecast, acompanhamento de materiais, contratos, cronogramas e indicadores. Atuar na integração entre as áreas corporativas, propondo soluções para desvios identificados e contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar os processos da Gestão de Obras conforme procedimentos, padrões e controles corporativos estabelecidos.Elaborar e revisar estimativas de CAPEX, considerando alterações de projeto, quantitativos, escopo e premissas orçamentárias.Elaborar o Forecast de investimentos, acompanhar a execução orçamentária e analisar desvios de CAPEX, propondo ações para mitigação dos impactos.Consolidar quantitativos para aquisição de materiais e contratação de serviços, assegurando a aderência às necessidades dos projetos.Monitorar o andamento das requisições de materiais, processos de contratação (WPs) e materiais críticos, identificando riscos de prazo, desvios e impactos na execução das obras.Avaliar os impactos decorrentes de revisões de engenharia, alterações de escopo, mudanças de projeto e demais fatores que possam afetar custo, prazo e execução.Consolidar, validar e analisar informações técnicas e gerenciais provenientes das áreas de Engenharia, Planejamento, Suprimentos, Almoxarifado, Contratos e Obras, garantindo a confiabilidade e rastreabilidade dos dados.Desenvolver, revisar e aprimorar indicadores de desempenho, dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas para suporte à Supervisão, Gerência e Diretoria.Realizar análises críticas dos processos da Gestão de Obras, identificando oportunidades de melhoria, propondo ações corretivas e contribuindo para o aumento da eficiência operacional.Apoiar o controle dos TACs, monitorando pendências, identificando desvios e garantindo a confiabilidade das informações.Contribuir para a evolução da equipe por meio do apoio à solução de problemas e divergências, atualização de quadros de gestão à vista e iniciativas de melhoria contínua, eficiência operacional e controle de custos;Executar outras atividades inerentes ao cargo, conforme demanda e orientação do superior imediato;Executar as atividades respeitando integralmente as normas e procedimentos de Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente, utilizando os EPIs obrigatórios e reportando qualquer condição ou atividade que represente risco;Atuar em conformidade com os valores, políticas, diretrizes e processos da empresa, mantendo sigilo e protegendo as informações corporativas;Manter a disciplina no programa 5S, assegurando organização, padronização e limpeza do ambiente de trabalho, conforme auditorias internas e externas;Zelar pelas propriedades da empresa sob sua responsabilidade, comunicando prontamente qualquer avaria ou irregularidade identificada.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo Engenharia Civil e/ou áreas afins;Desejável experiência na área;Informações adicionaisConvênio Médico;Convênio Odontológico;Vale alimentação;Seguro de vida;Refeição local; Transporte fretado; Galena;Wellhub; Viva +
