Atuar no Núcleo de Gestão de Riscos, executando e monitorando processos relativos à identificação e classificação de riscos; avaliando junto às áreas de Cooperativa, os controles e processos para mitigação dos riscos; atuando em processos de revisão anual de apetite ao risco e régua de impacto de riscos, bem como realizando demais atividades correlatas e inerentes ao cargo. Buscamos profissionais críticos e curiosos, que queiram ter uma visão sistêmica da cooperativa, atuando diretamente com as diversas áreas da cooperativa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir junto as áreas internas da cooperativa, a revisão das matrizes de riscos, atualizando controles dentro das metodologias estabelecidas em políticas internas;Conduzir os testes de controles internos reportadas nas matrizes de Riscos;Apoiar nas auditorias no âmbito do Comitê de Fraudes;Apoiar revisão anual de definição do apetite ao risco, bem como o processo relativo à régua de impacto dos riscos da cooperativa;Monitorar e auxiliar na validação da classificação de riscos, considerando seus impactos e probabilidades. Monitorar e reportar perdas operacionais causadas por riscos;Apoiar as áreas internas na identificação de riscos, estabelecimento de ações e implantação de controles internos, acompanhando e auxiliando na garantia da eficácia dos mesmos, a fim de mitigar os riscos identificados;Apoiar na construção de reportes de riscos aos respectivos comitês;Auxiliar em ações relacionadas à garantia da eficácia do processo da área, frente a todas as entradas de riscos da cooperativa, descritas em política específica;Administrar a conformidade de riscos e controles internos, alinhado às normativas das operadoras de saúde, às boas práticas de gestão e aos programas de qualidade dos quais a cooperativa participa;Apoiar na disseminação da cultura voltada ao estabelecimento de controles internos e prevenção de riscos.Controlar, monitorar e validar o atendimento dos requisitos normativos (RN 518, RN 507 e RN 528);Controlar e apoiar os requisitos das acreditações de qualidade;Apoiar na implantação de sistemas de apoio a Riscos (Risk e SOD);Apoiar na gestão de riscos de segregação (SOD);Viabilizar agentes de IA para automação de processos;Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação para esta posição: Formação em Administração, Contabilidade, Gestão de Riscos;Qualificações: Experiência em áreas de auditoria interna/ externa, gestão de riscos ou controles internos;Experiência na utilização do sistema Interact (Módulo Risk), SAP (Access Control)Conhecimento no Excel AvançadoConhecimento em construção de painéis e macros. Desejável: Especialização em Gestão de Riscos, Controles Internos, Auditoria Interna, Dados;Experiência em Big Four (empresas de auditoria externa/ interna: PwC, Deloitte, EY, BDO);Experiência em ISO 31000, COSO, FMEA;Experiência em Auditoria da Qualidade.Informações adicionaisSomos um time engajado em fazer a diferença ao cuidar das pessoas!
