Apoiar a melhoria contínua dos serviços, garantindo visibilidade, controle e eficiência na operação em regime diurno.Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de desempenho dos serviços de TI, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas;Garantir a aderência aos processos de governança e gestão de serviços, assegurando conformidade com padrões internos;Atuar na interface entre áreas técnicas, clientes internos e fornecedores, promovendo alinhamento e resolução de demandas;Monitorar níveis de serviço, prazos e entregas, assegurando o cumprimento dos acordos estabelecidos;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas com análises, riscos, status e recomendações;Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, identificando oportunidades de otimização de processos e serviços;Participar da gestão de incidentes, problemas e mudanças, contribuindo para a estabilidade operacional;Suportar rotinas de governança da diretoria, com organização, priorização e acompanhamento de planos de ação.Requisitos e qualificações Vivência em gestão de serviços de TI e governança de processos;Vivência em análise de indicadores, relatórios gerenciais e acompanhamento de SLA;Conhecimento prático de processos de incidentes, problemas, mudanças e melhoria contínua;Capacidade de atuação em interface com áreas internas, fornecedores e stakeholders executivos;Domínio de ferramentas de acompanhamento e documentação de processos e indicadores;Formação superior completa em áreas correlatas à Tecnologia da Informação, Administração ou Engenharia;Conhecimento em ITIL e boas práticas de gestão de serviços; Vivência em governança de TI em empresas de médio ou grande porte;Vivência com construção de dashboards e análises em ferramentas de dados;Capacidade de apoiar fóruns executivos e apresentações para liderança;Vivência em ambientes com alta criticidade operacional.Informações adicionaisBenefícios de um Vitalent: Vale refeição (Pluxee Benefícios);Assistência Médica e Assistência Odontológica (extensível aos dependentes);Auxílio creche;Seguro de vida;Previdência Privada;Dayoff ( 1 dia de folga dentro do mês de aniversário);Participação de Lucros; Oferta  colaborador exclusiva da Vivo (50% desconto fatura em seu nome), com desconto especial em linha fixa, banda larga e TV;Descontos em universidades, cursos e extensão;Parcerias com Sesc e Senai;Programas de Bem-estar.
