A atuação será focada em gestão de projetos industriais, conduzindo estudos de viabilidade econômica, acompanhando indicadores e liderando iniciativas de melhoria contínua com foco no alcance das metas de performance das fábricas.

Principais responsabilidades:Desenvolver e liderar projetos de melhoria de eficiência (OEE) e produtividade (HHT)Prestar assistência no desenvolvimento de projetos internos, juntamente com estudos de tempos para padronização de procedimentos necessários para melhor desempenho dos processos produtivosAvaliação da necessidade e desempenho dos recursos disponíveis para produção (máquina e homem)Realizar benchmarks entre processos para identificar melhores práticas e fazer a abrangência visando aumentar a performance dos processosFornecer soluções criativas e economicamente viáveis para os processos envolvidos da Belgo Bekaert  Atuar com melhoria contínua dos processos produtivos, com foco em ganho de produtividade. Atuar nos processos gargalos. Propor soluções "fora da caixa". Coordenar tecnicamente os projetos desenvolvidos na GFAC em Feira de SantanaRealizar reports para Engenharia Industrial corporativa por meio de relatórios padronizadosProjetos e desafios:Atuação em projetos para ganhos de OEE e produtividadeLiderar reuniões com time multifuncional para resolver os gaps de Downtimes das linhas de produçãoEstruturação/Consolidação da Engenharia Industrial na unidadeDesenvolver as ferramentas dos procedimentos da Bekaert com foco em aumento da maturidade da produtividade da máquina, da operação e do mapeamento de tempos e métodos dos processos nas plantas locaisMelhorar a performance das linhas gargalo para atingimento do OEE máximo estabelecido pelo mapeamento do processo (WLM - Workload Model)Aumento de capacidades produtivas sobretudo em áreas gargaloSer o Owner de projetos com investimentos para eliminação de desperdíciosRequisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosEnsino Superior completo em Engenharia (Produção, Metalúrgica, Química, Mecânica ou Elétrica) Experiência em automação industrial ou automação de processos
