Responsabilidades e atribuições Transformar dados em insights que apoiem decisões estratégicas;Desenvolver análises, indicadores e estudos de performance da operação;Criar e automatizar relatórios, dashboards e materiais executivos;Garantir a qualidade, governança e confiabilidade dos dados da área;Acompanhar o desempenho das assessorias de cobrança e identificar oportunidades de melhoria;Gerenciar estratégias de distribuição de carteira, negativação e reabilitação de contratos;Apoiar a liderança com informações relevantes para impulsionar resultados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa, presencialmente em área de exatas;Experiência com análise e manipulação de dados, transformando informações em insights para o negócio;Vivência na construção de relatórios, dashboards, indicadores e apresentações executivas;Conhecimento em Excel;Capacidade de trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados e apoiar a tomada de decisão por meio de análises estruturadas;Perfil analítico, proativo, colaborativo e com forte senso de dono.DiferencialSQL;Databricks;Power BI ou Tableau;Python ou R;SAS;Oracle.Informações adicionais🚀 Procuramos pessoas que transformam dados em ação e desafios em oportunidades.
