Atuamos em parceria com áreas de negocio, CRM, branding, design e stakeholders diversos para apoiar priorizações, aumentar conhecimento, reduzir incertezas e fortalecer uma cultura centrada no cliente.Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar na evolução da experiência dos clientes da RD Saúde, transformando hipóteses relevantes em pesquisas bem estruturadas, análises consistentes e insights acionáveis para as áreas parceiras.Essa pessoa terá papel importante na condução de estudos que ajudem a RD Saúde a entender melhor comportamentos, percepções, necessidades e fricções ao longo das jornadas de todos os perfis de clientes, contribuindo para decisões mais embasadas e para a construção de experiências cada vez mais humanas, focando no cuidado e desenvolvimento de uma sociedade cada vez mais saudável. Apoiar em entrevistas, testes e outras dinâmicas de investigação com clientes e usuários.Planejar e executar pesquisas qualitativas com apoio e autonomia, combinando métodos conforme os objetivosEstruturar hipóteses de pesquisa, roteiros, critérios de recrutamento e planos de execuçãoOrganizar, analisar e triangular dados para construir narrativas claras, relevantes e acionáveisConsolidar insights em materiais simples, objetivos e orientados à decisão, quando necessário.
