A Nexway é o hub estratégico responsável por transformar essa capacidade logística em soluções de fretes para o mercado, conectando operação, tecnologia e dados para garantir execução eficiente, confiável e alinhada às necessidades do negócio.Esta posição tem foco direto na execução operacional de ponta a ponta dos fretes, do início da operação até o pagamento do frete, com atuação via sistemas de gestão logística e plataformas que sustentam o fluxo da operação.É um papel de front, que atua como ponto focal entre a Nexway e os motoristas parceiros, garantindo que as viagens ocorram conforme planejado, com decisões em tempo real e acompanhamento contínuo da execução até o pagamento.Os KPIs, que são os principais indicadores de sucesso, estão ligados à capacidade de executar fretes com escala, qualidade e previsibilidade, refletidos principalmente pelo volume de viagens executadas, número de viagens, e pela qualidade do serviço prestado, NPS.O principal desafio está em sustentar a fluidez dos fretes em um ambiente de alta variabilidade operacional, coordenando múltiplos atores e etapas por meio de sistemas, informação e influência para assegurar qualidade, previsibilidade e continuidade da operação.Jornada: Presencial.Horários: de segunda a sexta-feira, das 08:00 às 17:00 e Sábado das 08:00 às 12:00 (conforme escala).Local: CDD Ambev – Ribeirão Preto, Via Anhanguera, 305 + 950, Parque dos Lagos, Ribeirão Preto, SP, 14097-140Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtivar e acompanhar motoristas parceiros e staffs para a realização dos fretes.Negociar condições operacionais como horários, janelas e priorizações.Acompanhar a execução das viagens, incluindo carregamento, entrega e encerramento.Atuar na resolução de desvios, atrasos e ocorrências operacionais.Garantir o cumprimento dos acordos operacionais até a finalização do pagamento.Utilizar indicadores operacionais para apoiar decisões no dia a dia.Eventualmente prestará apoio ao analista que atua nas análises e performance das operações (KPIs).Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos ObrigatóriosEnsino superior completo, tecnólogo ou bacharelado.Disponibilidade para atuação presencial conforme escala, horários e local informados na vaga.Experiência prévia administrativa em logística, customer service, transporte, operações ou atendimento operacional com atividades análogas.Excel no mínimo intermediário, capaz de lidar com tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas mais avançadas, indicadores/gráficos, etc.Disponibilidade para atuação presencial.Disponibilidade para atuação em escala operacional, incluindo sábados intercalados.PerfilBoa comunicação e capacidade de negociação operacional para lidar com diversos stakeholders.Postura altamente resolutiva e dinâmica, com senso de responsabilidade sobre o resultado para ser o responsável pelas operações na linha de frente.Alto senso de responsabilidade e autonomia, se portando como dono das operaçoes, de ponta a ponta.Facilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e com prazos.Capacidade de influenciar e orientar parceiros internos e externos.Interesse por logística, transportes e operações.Informações adicionaisNa Ambev, oferecemos um pacote completo de benefícios pensado para você e também para seus dependentes.
