Com você, somos mais COMPLETOS. 💙Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte jurídico às diversas demandas das áreas de negócio, oferecendo orientação e apoio consultivo;Elaborar, revisar e analisar contratos, com foco nos instrumentos relacionados aos produtos e às operações da empresa;Responder às consultas internas sobre temas administrativos, cíveis e consumeristas;Elaborar, atualizar e acompanhar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores da área jurídica;Gerir e monitorar a atuação de escritórios jurídicos terceirizados, acompanhando prazos, estratégias e resultados;Assegurar o cumprimento das rotinas e obrigações societárias da companhia;Representar a empresa como preposto em audiências, quando necessário.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCompetências Técnicas:Ensino Superior Completo em Direito;Registro ativo na OAB;Experiência com elaboração, revisão e análise de contratos;Conhecimento em interpretação e aplicação de legislação e regulamentações.Competências Comportamentais:Capacidade Analítica;Visão Sistêmica;Firmeza/Exatidão/Assertividade;Boa comunicação.
