Foco: Governança e Portfólio de Inovação - Think FutureObjetivo da posição

Atuar na governança do time de inovação do escritório, operando a triagem das demandas e a gestão do portfólio de iniciativas. É uma posição de perfil jurídico voltada à organização e ao encaminhamento do trabalho de inovação, e não ao exercício de atividades jurídicas. O time trabalha em ciclos curtos de experimentação, em que hipóteses podem ser descartadas, e a governança zela para que a capacidade permaneça voltada à inovação, garantindo que cada demanda siga o caminho certo e que nada dependa de uma única pessoa para andar.

Responsabilidades e atribuições•     Operar a triagem das demandas recebidas, classificando cada pedido segundo critérios definidos (oportunidade de inovação, acesso, adoção e treinamento, ou encaminhamento para áreas operacionais fora do time).

•     Gerir o portfólio de iniciativas, acompanhando status, prioridades e capacidade alocada.

•     Acompanhar o portfólio considerando as evidências de validação de cada iniciativa, do teste de hipótese à especificação entregue ao desenvolvimento.

•     Zelar para que a capacidade do time permaneça voltada à inovação, acompanhando os limites de suporte e manutenção assumidos e evitando que a operação recorrente consuma o time.

•     Manter a visão consolidada do que o time entrega e alimentar a decisão sobre onde inovar.

•     Garantir a governança do fluxo, com indicadores e reportes para a liderança.

•     Assegurar a continuidade da operação, mantendo processos documentados que rodem na ausência da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios

•     Formação em Direito.

•     Experiência com organização e priorização de demandas, gestão de portfólio ou coordenação de projetos.

•     Visão estratégica e capacidade de priorização com base em risco, ganho e capacidade.

•     Domínio de ferramentas de gestão de portfólio e projetos.

•     Excelente comunicação e capacidade de interlocução com a liderança e as áreas de negócio.

•     Perfil organizado, com autonomia para tomar decisões de encaminhamento.

Desejáveis

•     Interesse ou vivência em inovação jurídica e legal ops.

•     Familiaridade com gestão da inovação e acompanhamento de portfólio de iniciativas.

•     Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis e de ciclos de experimentação.

•     Inglês avançado.
