Procuramos profissional com experiência sólida em planejamento de contratações públicas, Estudos Técnicos Preliminares (ETP) e Termos de Referência (TR), capaz de realizar análises técnicas, pesquisas de mercado, geração de peças jurídicas e demais conhecimentos sobre processos licitatórios, com a Lei nº 14.133/2021.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte jurídico estratégico à área comercial em todas as etapas do processo licitatório, incluindo impugnações, recursos, habilitação, propostas e contratos.Elaborar, revisar e validar documentos jurídicos, como contratos, procurações, declarações, atas e certidões exigidas em licitações.Acompanhar e interpretar alterações na legislação aplicável ao setor de tecnologia e aos processos licitatórios.Monitorar mudanças regulatórias que possam impactar a atuação da empresa, garantindo conformidade e competitividade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Direito Vivência com licitações e contratos, preferencialmente envolvendo a nova Lei de Licitações (Lei nº 14.133/2021).Experiência no relacionamento e suporte a equipes comerciais.Capacidade de interpretar editais e identificar aspectos jurídicos relevantes para decisões estratégicas.Conhecimento do setor de tecnologia será considerado diferencial.Desejável disponibilidade de viagens, possuir CNH e ser o condutor.Desejável ter atuado em Prefeituras Diferenciais: Conhecimento ou experiência com LGPD e compliance
