Atender demandas de contratos (civil, societário, trabalhista) através da análise, revisão, formalização, monitoramento e controle dos instrumentos jurídicos, elaboração de outros documentos como ofícios, pareceres, acompanhamento quando necessário de processos, contribuindo para o cumprimento das obrigações, minimizando riscos para a empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCadastrar e apoiar a elaboração, execução e administração de contratos;Elaborar e encaminhar as solicitações de contratos à assessoria jurídica;Negociar cláusulas e condições dos contratos junto ao cliente/fornecedor;Encaminhar e acompanhar a formalização dos instrumentos jurídicos;Apoiar gestores nos estudos sobre fornecedores, principalmente condições contratuais e avaliação dos serviços prestados nas renovações contratuais;Controlar o vencimento contratual, negociando a prorrogação do contrato;Confeccionar ofícios de encaminhamento de documentos;Controlar a entrada e saída de instrumentos jurídicos e seus anexos;Controlar cláusulas de obrigação contratual;Controlar a entrada e saída de instrumentos jurídicos e seus anexos;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais;Arquivar e manter o arquivo atualizado de contratos e convênios juntamente com a documentação legal dos contratados;Realizar a manutenção do arquivo eletrônico e digitalização de instrumentos jurídicos;Conferir e acompanhar emissão de notas fiscais referentes a contratos jurídicos;Acompanhar e dar suporte em auditorias internas e externas.Cargo sensível ao programa OEA enquadramento conformidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Direito a partir do 6º semestre;Experiência na área com elaboração, execução e administração de contratos;Desejável Inglês avançado.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho:De segunda à quinta das 8hs às 17:45hs e sextas das 8hrs às 16:45hrs com 1h de intervalo todos os dias.Benefícios:Plano de saúde e odontológico;Vale alimentação e/ou vale refeição;Vale transporte;Seguro de Vida;PLR;Convênio farmácia;Desconto em escolas de idiomas e faculdades.
