Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisa causas, procurando encontrar soluções conciliatórias entre as partes, antes de entrar em juízo; Complementa e apura as informações levantadas, inquirindo a Empresa, as testemunhas e outras pessoas e tomando outras        , para obter os elementos necessários à defesa ou acusação;Orienta o a empresa sobre os aspectos legais atinentes à sua área profissional;Estuda a matéria jurídica e de outra natureza, consultando códigos, leis, jurisprudências e outros, para adequar os fatos à legislação aplicável;Redige ou elabora documentos jurídicos, pronunciamentos, minutas, contratos, procurações, e informações sobre questões de natureza administrativa, fiscal, civil, comercial, trabalhista, penal ou outras, aplicando a legislação, forma e terminologia adequadas ao assunto em questão, para utilizá-los em defesa da Empresa;Analisa Contratos de Prestação de Serviço e emite relatórios sobre o seu conteúdo;Controla os procedimentos e rotinas do departamento, inclusive relatórios mensais;Analisa e direciona documentos diversos de interesse da empresa;Responde aos questionamentos dos diversos departamentos quanto a legalidade e viabilidade da ação/ documento apresentados;Realiza assessoria jurídica quanto a temas de interesse da empresa, auxiliando na tomada de decisões internas e externas;Acompanha os escritórios externos prestadores de serviço jurídico, exceto trabalhista,Acompanhar a parte societária da empresa, encaminhando atas ao registro e demais providências quanto as suas deliberações.

Requisitos e qualificações FORMAÇÃO ACADÊMICA: Superior Completo em Direito. Registro ativo na OAB.

EXPERIÊNCIA DESEJÁVAEL:   Experiência mínima de 2 anos. Desejável Inglês Intermediário.

CONHECIMENTOS DIFERENCIAIS:    Análise de contratos, conhecimento em processos e rotinas jurídicas/processuais e domínio dos fundamentos do Direito Processual Civil e de seus procedimentos.
