O trabalho é sério, fazemos muito (muito!) e, por isso, aprendemos e evoluímos mais rápido.Queremos criar valor de verdade para a sociedade e, para isso, estamos transformando a forma como as pessoas reabastecem seus lares, tornando toda a cadeia logística mais eficiente.Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Gestão de Frota para atuar na gestão operacional das transportadoras parceiras, garantindo a disponibilidade da frota, a eficiência da malha logística e o cumprimento dos indicadores de performance da operação.Essa pessoa será responsável por acompanhar a operação diariamente, analisar indicadores, propor melhorias de processo, atuar na gestão de parceiros logísticos e apoiar a tomada de decisão com base em dados. Procuramos alguém com perfil analítico, senso de urgência, boa comunicação, interesse por tecnologia e inteligência artificial e facilidade para trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e de alta demanda.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar o relacionamento operacional com transportadoras parceiras;Acompanhar indicadores de performance, como tempo dos carregamentos, percentual de entregas realizadas através do aplicativo e entregas realizadas dentro das restrições operacionais;Garantir a disponibilidade da frota para atendimento da demanda diária;Identificar desvios operacionais, analisar causas-raiz e construir planos de ação junto aos parceiros;Apoiar negociações operacionais e propor oportunidades de otimização de custos e eficiência logística;Desenvolver e acompanhar relatórios gerenciais para suporte à tomada de decisão;Criar novos controles, indicadores e ferramentas que aumentem a visibilidade e a eficiência da operação;Utilizar Inteligência Artificial para automatizar processos, otimizar análises, estruturar controles e desenvolver soluções que aumentem a produtividade do time;Atuar em conjunto com os times de Expedição, Rotas, Acompanhamento e demais áreas da Operação para garantir a fluidez das entregas e a eficiência da malha logística;Participar da construção e melhoria contínua de processos, controles e indicadores da área;Acompanhar a execução da operação em tempo real, realizando os acionamentos necessários para mitigação de riscos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em logística, transporte, gestão de frota ou operações logísticas;Perfil analítico e facilidade para interpretação de indicadores;Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado em Excel;Interesse em utilizar Inteligência Artificial como ferramenta para ganho de produtividade, automação de processos e apoio à tomada de decisão;Boa comunicação e habilidade para relacionamento com parceiros e áreas internas;Organização, proatividade, senso de dono e capacidade de atuar em ambientes dinâmicos;Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Engenharia, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionaisVaga também para PCD.
