Venha construir sua carreira de sucesso aqui!A missão deste profissional é executar a parte operacional de materiais e serviços de marketing, garantindo qualidade, cumprimento de prazos, controle de custos e organização dos processos administrativos da área.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCotar e negociar materiais e serviços de marketing, como produção gráfica, brindes, maquetes e comunicação visual, acompanhando prazos, e logística.Prospectar e desenvolver novos fornecedores, buscando opções competitivas em qualidade, prazos e custos.Controlar a entrada e saída de materiais de marketing no estoque, garantindo a organização física e a disponibilidade imediata dos itens.Executar as rotinas administrativas de compras, realizando lançamentos de pedidos no sistema SAP, conferência de notas fiscais, acompanhamento de aprovações e organização de contratos e documentos.Prestar suporte operacional na montagem de novos decorados, inauguração de centrais de vendas e eventos de grande porte.Acompanhar a produção, instalação e manutenção da comunicação visual interna e externa das centrais de vendas.Executar projetos e demandas operacionais alinhados às metas anuais do setor.Esse analista faz acontecer:Busca novos fornecedores;Faz orçamentos e negociações;Emite ordem de compra no sistema;Acompanha aprovações internas;Acompanha produção e prazos;Alinha logística e transporte;Recebe e confere os materiais;Realiza o controle de qualidade;Controla o estoque de materiais;Acompanha todo o fluxo administrativo e financeiro.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino Superior em andamento em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Social e áreas afins.Pacote Office (Excel intermediário).Conhecimento em processos de compras e negociação.Vivência em rotinas de Marketing e produção de materiais/gráfica.Desejável:Possuir Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) válida.Conhecimento básico/desejável em sistema SAP (módulos de compras/financeiro).
