Aqui, você vai unir análise e criatividade para impulsionar resultados: vai mergulhar em dados e pesquisas de mercado, traduzindo informações em estratégias inteligentes que inspiram campanhas, fortalecem marcas e potencializam o trabalho do nosso time comercial.Sua missão será criar soluções de comunicação inovadoras, desenvolver campanhas publicitárias de impacto, promover ativações de marca memoráveis e acompanhar o desempenho das ações, sempre com olhar analítico e foco no desenvolvimento dos anunciantes/mercado do Noroeste.Com disponibilidade para atuação na sucursal de Umuarama.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConfira o dia a dia desse profissional:Desenvolver e implementar o planejamento estratégico de mercado local, contribuindo para a visão macrorregional;Analisar dados e carteiras de clientes, estudando pesquisas de mercado para gerar insights e identificar oportunidades de negócio;Apoiar o time Comercial no atendimento a clientes, alinhando objetivos de marketing e contextos mercadológicos às soluções propostas;Identificar oportunidades comerciais e estratégicas para aumentar a presença de marca no mercado publicitário, realizando ações que chamem a atenção de anunciantes;Projetar e executar planos de comunicação para estimular o mercado publicitário;Idealizar e implementar ativações/eventos de marketing em colaboração com as equipes de vendas e mercado publicitário, articulando com outras áreas da emissora;Realizar análises pós-venda, estudos de mercado e avaliação de desempenho de carteiras e setores;Acompanhar a performance de receitas, audiência e rentabilidade de produtos, integrando informações para decisões estratégicas;Ser responsável pela governança e atuação de marketing na regional.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa ter:Formação em Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Administração ou áreas afins;Excel e Powerpoint em nível intermediário;Experiência prévia na área de marketing;Habilidade para estruturar e analisar dados, transformando-os em informações relevantes para a tomada de decisão;Capacidade de questionar e aprimorar processos, adaptando-se às mudanças de forma ágil;Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente na sede em Umuarama.Serão diferenciais:Experiência em mídia online e offline;Familiaridade com ferramentas de bancos de dados e BI, preferencialmente Power BI e Data Studio;Conhecimento em ferramentas de pesquisa como Kantar Ibope, Google Analytics e Tunad.Por que vir para a área de negócios da RPC:Se você é apaixonado por fazer a diferença e quer atuar em um time que acredita no poder da comunicação para transformar pessoas e negócios, este é o seu lugar.
