Se você busca autonomia e quer protagonizar a transformação digital da companhia, seu lugar é aqui!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e evoluir a plataforma proprietária de IA da empresa, garantindo escalabilidade, segurança e qualidade de código.Construir AI Agents e workflows inteligentes voltados para otimizar áreas de negócio como Mídia, CRM, SEO, Social e Marketing.Implementar integrações robustas via APIs REST, bancos de dados e sistemas corporativos.Trabalhar com múltiplos LLMs (Modelos de Linguagem), como OpenAI, Claude, Gemini e Llama.Definir a arquitetura técnica da plataforma em conjunto com o time de IA, aplicando conceitos de microsserviços.Traduzir dores de negócio em soluções técnicas viáveis, mantendo uma ponte de comunicação clara com diferentes stakeholders.Monitorar tendências de mercado em IA para propor melhorias contínuas nas ferramentas internas.Requisitos e qualificações Obrigatório:Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software.Conhecimento avançado em Inteligência Artificial Generativa e LLMs.Experiência comprovada no desenvolvimento de AI Agents.Domínio pleno da linguagem Python.Experiência prática com APIs REST e integrações de sistemas.Conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais e bancos vetoriais.Vivência com ferramentas de versionamento e containerização: Git e Docker.Experiência com arquitetura de aplicações baseada em microsserviços.Comunicação assertiva e perfil colaborativo para interface com áreas de negócio.Desejável:Experiência com frameworks de agentes como LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno ou AutoGen.Conhecimento em ferramentas de orquestração e padronização como LiteLLM e MCP (Model Context Protocol).Domínio de técnicas de RAG e bancos vetoriais específicos (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate ou pgvector).Vivência com plataformas de dados, especialmente Databricks.Experiência prática em ambientes de nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP).Conhecimento em ferramentas de observabilidade e monitoramento de aplicações de IA.
