Buscamos profissionais talentosos, motivados e comprometidos com qualidade e inovação.Se você se identifica com esse perfil e deseja integrar uma equipe guiada pela excelência e orientada a resultados, inscreva-se agora e ajude-nos a construir um futuro promissor!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na gestão ambiental da concessão rodoviária, coordenando e executando atividades de monitoramento, licenciamento, mitigação de impactos, educação ambiental e atendimento às condicionantes legais e contratuais, garantindo a conformidade com a legislação ambiental e os padrões exigidos pelos órgãos reguladores.Gestão de Licenciamentos Ambientais: Elaborar, acompanhar e revisar estudos e processos de licenciamento ambiental (LP, LI, LO) junto a órgãos como IBAMA, órgãos estaduais e municipais;Cumprimento de Condicionantes: Coordenar e monitorar o atendimento às condicionantes ambientais previstas nas licenças e no contrato de concessão, com elaboração de relatórios e envio a órgãos competentes (como ANTT e órgãos ambientais);Monitoramentos Ambientais: Planejar, executar e/ou acompanhar campanhas de monitoramento de fauna, flora, ruído, qualidade da água, ar e solo, em parceria com consultorias especializadas;Gestão de Programas Ambientais: Supervisionar a implementação de Programas Ambientais exigidos (resgate de fauna/flora, supressão vegetal, recuperação de áreas degradadas, educação ambiental, entre outros);Fiscalização de Obras e Atividades de Campo: Avaliar e acompanhar a execução de obras rodoviárias sob a ótica ambiental, identificando desvios, orientando correções e garantindo a adoção de boas práticas ambientais;Relacionamento com Órgãos Reguladores: Atuar como ponto focal com órgãos ambientais, Ministério Público, ANTT e comunidade, fornecendo informações, relatórios técnicos e participando de reuniões e vistorias;Gestão de Resíduos e Passivos Ambientais: Apoiar a implementação e fiscalização de planos de gerenciamento de resíduos, além de identificar, avaliar e propor soluções para passivos ambientais;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo, preferencialmente em Engenharia Ambiental, Biologia, Geografia, Gestão Ambiental ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em licenciamento, fiscalização de obras e gestão de programas ambientais;Experiência anterior no setor de infraestrutura, transporte ou concessão rodoviária será diferencial.Legislação ambiental federal e estadual (CONAMA, IBAMA, órgãos estaduais);Sistemas de gestão ambiental (ISO 14001, SGA);Processos de licenciamento e estudos ambientais (EIA/RIMA, RCA/PCA);Gestão de resíduos, supressão vegetal e biodiversidade;Pacote Office avançado e sistemas SIG – desejávelInformações adicionaisAtuação será presencial em Jataí/GO;Jornada de trabalho em horário administrativo (ou conforme regime da empresa).Benefícios:🍽️ Vale Alimentação ou Vale Refeição;🏥 Convênio Médico;🛡️ Seguro de Vida;🏋️ Wellhub (Gympass);🚌 Vale Transporte (funções administrativas) 💰  PLR
