.Atuará em nossa Matriz no suporte para nossas agências em suas demandas diárias, auxiliará nas conferências contábeis e contribuirá para o processo logístico de cartões. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar na realização de atividades de suporte e atendimento às agências; Apoiar no processo logístico de cartões; Auxiliar nas atividades de investigação de compras contestadas; Realizar tarefas relacionadas ao fechamento mensal; Auxiliar na realização de conferências contábeis;Informar os demais colegas sobre quaisquer situações atípicas. Auxiliar na rotina de conferência de serviços e de contas a pagar; Apoiar a equipe no levantamento e identificação de melhorias nos processos; Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas; Pós-graduação em Auditoria, Finanças ou Controladoria será considerado um diferencial; Excel nível básico; Conhecimento em processo de autorização de compras no cartão, compensação, liquidação e reconciliação
