Como MIS PL, você  será responsável pela construção e manutenção de indicadores, dashboards e análises gerenciais, garantindo a disponibilidade de informações confiáveis para suporte à tomada de decisão. Atuará em conjunto com o time para entender necessidades, gerar insights, automatizar processos de reporting e acompanhar os principais indicadores de desempenho da companhia. Além disso, contribuirá para a melhoria contínua dos processos de dados e para a evolução da cultura data-driven da ConectCar.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPara atuar nessa posição, você deverá:1.  Gestão e Análise de Indicadores (KPIs): Possuir experiência comprovada na definição, monitoramento, análise e apresentação de indicadores de desempenho. Capacidade de transformar dados em insights acionáveis, identificando tendências, oportunidades e riscos para apoiar decisões estratégicas e operacionais.2. Business Intelligence e Visualização de Dados: Possuir experiência no desenvolvimento, manutenção e otimização de dashboards e relatórios gerenciais utilizando ferramentas de BI, como Power BI, Tableau ou similares. Conhecimento em modelagem de dados, criação de métricas e storytelling com dados.3. SQL e Manipulação de Dados:  Demonstrar conhecimento sólido em SQL para extração, transformação e análise de dados. Capacidade de desenvolver consultas complexas, otimizar performance de queries e trabalhar com grandes volumes de informação em bancos de dados relacionais.4. Automação de Processos e Relatórios: Apresentar experiência na automação de processos de coleta, tratamento e distribuição de informações, reduzindo atividades manuais e aumentando a eficiência operacional. Desejável experiência com Power Automate, Python, VBA ou ferramentas similares.5. Modelagem e Qualidade de Dados Possuir conhecimento em modelagem de dados, integração entre fontes de informação e validação de qualidade dos dados. Capacidade de identificar inconsistências e propor melhorias nos processos de governança e confiabilidade das informações.6. Ferramentas e Tecnologias de Dados: Demonstrar vivência com ambientes de dados corporativos, Data Warehouse e Data Lake. Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você:Requisitos técnicos:Experiência prévia atuando em áreas de MIS, BI, Analytics, CRM, Planejamento ou Inteligência de Negócios. Vivência no atendimento a áreas de negócio, traduzindo demandas em indicadores, análises e recomendações para tomada de decisão. Experiência na construção e sustentação de processos recorrentes de reporting executivo e operacional. Atuação em ambientes com grande volume de dados e múltiplas fontes de informação. Experiência na interação com times multidisciplinares, como Tecnologia, Dados, Marketing, CRM, Operações ou Comercial. Vivência na identificação e análise de indicadores, apoiando a definição de planos de ação e acompanhamento de resultados.O que seria um diferencial:  Conhecimento em Excel avançado, linguagem DAX (Power BI) e conceitos de ETL/ELT será considerado diferencial.  Informações adicionaisEssa posição é uma posição híbrida flexível e para pessoas a mais de 100 km de distância do escritório, consideramos o modelo remoto.
