Requisitos e qualificações Conhecimentos básicos de Informática, Redes e Infraestrutura de TI;Noções de monitoramento de ambientes;Conhecimento em Zabbix;Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Disponibilidade para atuação em regime de plantão.⭐ Será considerado diferencialExperiência com sistemas de chamados;Conhecimento básico em ITIL;Experiência anterior em NOC, BOCC, Service Desk, Monitoramento ou Operações 24x7.
