Impulsamos el aprendizaje continuo y el crecimiento profesional, brindándonos las herramientas necesarias para asumir nuevos desafíos y consolidar un perfil especializado en logística multimodal.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantizar la correcta gestión integral de la administración de personal, asegurando el cumplimiento oportuno y preciso de los procesos de nómina, beneficios sociales y obligaciones laborales, así como la confiabilidad de la información reportada a contabilidad y gerencia.Velar por el adecuado control documental, la actualización de la base de datos del personal y el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral, de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y estándares internos.Cálculo de nómina y beneficios sociales, declaración de PDT Plame, provisiones de beneficios sociales, informes a contabilidad, etc.Realizar análisis de cuentas contables de RRHH, envío de asientos al Área de Contabilidad.Preparar informes de nómina para el área de contabilidad y gerencia. Mantener actualizada la base de datos del personal. Preparación de documentos de ingreso (contrato, afiliación AFP, T-Registro, DDJJ 5ta, reglamentos, cargos, fotochecks, otros), toma de firma de documentos.Gestión integral de contratos: alerta, emisión, seguimiento de devolución del contrato. Validar cláusulas especiales por tipo de puesto/función. Realizar el cronograma de descanso vacacional del personal a fin de dar guía a los líderes de cada área sobre el estatus vacacional de sus colaboradores.Seguimiento de marcas de asistencia, actualización de estados, permisos y licencias, y subsanación de inconsistencias. Apoyo en la elaboración de documentos del área de RRHH/Administración.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEducación mínima: Egresado o Bachiller en Contabilidad, Administración, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, o afines.Experiencia de 03 años en puestos (Analista).Idiomas: Inglés básico (deseable)Capacitación: Curso en Nóminas y/o Compensaciones (deseable), Legislación Laboral (deseable)Software: Ofiplan (deseable) / Visma / Excel Intermedio
