Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições: Como ANALISTA OPERAÇÕES DE ATENDIMENTO JR, você será responsável por:

Executa atividades operacionais de menor complexidade da área;Ministrar treinamentos para as centrais de atendimento;Monitora o acompanhamento de performance do fornecedor de central de atendimento;Realizar a auditoria de atendimentos para adequação dos processos;Realizar abertura de chamados de incidentes;Administra e executa os procedimentos de acessos junto aos fornecedores;Apoiar com dúvidas de processos dos fornecedores;Atua nos fóruns de calibrações dos atendimentos realizados pelo fornecedor.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesConheça os requisitos antes de se candidatar:Formação Superior Cursando ou Completa em Administração, Economia, Finanças ou áreas correlatas;Habilidade de negociação e argumentação para lidar com clientes e parceiros estratégicos;Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados e propor soluções eficazes;Conhecimento das regulamentações dos produtos de Vida, Previdência e/ou Prestamista;Boa capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita;Vivência com ferramentas de apresentação, como Power Point, Canva, dentre outras;Disponibilidade para atuar entre Barueri/SP e São Paulo/SP.Informações adicionais Diferenciais:Conhecimento e experiência na atuação com a ferramenta Genesys Cloud;Conhecimento e experiência na atuação com a ferramenta SalesForce;Pós-graduação ou certificações na área financeira (CPA, C-Pro R ou C-Pro I);Experiência com CRM e ferramentas de análise de dados;Habilidade na condução de treinamentos e capacitação na formação de novos colaboradores.
