Esse profissional terá papel fundamental na eficiência e segurança das operações, garantindo o planejamento, programação e controle das atividades das oficinas e backshops, contribuindo para o cumprimento de prazos, otimização de recursos e disponibilidade dos componentes aeronáuticos.Já pensou em continuar decolando sua carreira na Melhor Companhia Aérea do Mundo? 💙Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será seu dia a dia:O Tripulante integrará o time de PCP - PLANEJAMENTO E CONTROLE DE PRODUCAO em nosso📍Hangar (VCP), que fica localizada em Campinas/SP.Realizar a programação e reprogramação de componentes nas oficinas, conforme critérios estabelecidos.Planejar e controlar as atividades produtivas considerando recursos, materiais, ferramentas e mão de obra disponíveis.Monitorar e controlar o atendimento das datas de necessidade das demandas de manutenção.Acompanhar o Turn Around Time (TAT) dos Repair Orders (ROs), buscando maior eficiência operacional.Analisar a capacidade produtiva das oficinas e apoiar o balanceamento das atividades.Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, custos e produtividade relacionados às operações das oficinas.Acompanhar a evolução das atividades de Heavy Checks, Minor Checks e oficinas especializadas.Atualizar e manter os painéis de controle e sistemas da área.Interagir com áreas como Produção, Compras, Planejamento de Manutenção e Planejamento de Materiais para garantir o fluxo adequado das atividades.Justificar atrasos, paradas ou antecipações de atividades junto à liderança.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua nos processos da área e implementar ações para aumento da eficiência operacional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que precisa trazer na Bagagem (Pré-requisitos):Ensino Médio Completo.Domínio do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel, PowerPoint e Word.Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão e acompanhamento de atividades.Inglês básico para leitura e interpretação de textos.Experiência prévia de aproximadamente 2 anos em atividades relacionadas a planejamento, controle de produção, manutenção ou áreas correlatas.Será um diferencial se tiver:Ensino Superior cursando em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Aeronáutica, Logística ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em SQL, Access, automação de dados ou ferramentas de análise.Conhecimento em sistemas de manutenção aeronáutica.Certificação ou conhecimento em Lean Six Sigma.Buscamos profissionais que tenhamPerfil analítico e organizado.Facilidade para trabalhar com indicadores e dados.Boa comunicação e habilidade de relacionamento com diferentes áreas.Capacidade de priorização e gestão de múltiplas demandas.Proatividade na identificação e resolução de problemas.Foco em melhoria contínua e resultados.Curtiu nosso desafio?
