Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejamento e Controle da ManutençãoElaborar, revisar e controlar os planos de manutenção preventiva, preditiva, corretiva planejada e de melhoria.Emitir, acompanhar e encerrar ordens de manutenção.Analisar relatórios de ocorrências e inspeções, apoiando o planejamento das atividades de manutenção.Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da manutenção e elaborar relatórios gerenciais.Auxiliar no controle de custos de manutenção e na análise de falhas e anormalidades dos equipamentos.Padronizar processos, procedimentos e instruções de trabalho da área.Controlar a documentação técnica e os registros de manutenção.Gestão de Calibração e EquipamentosControlar e acompanhar os processos de calibração dos equipamentos de medição.Gerenciar documentação e cronogramas de calibração.Apoiar a gestão dos equipamentos críticos e reservas da manutenção.Gestão de Materiais, Estoque e ComprasControlar estoques de peças, insumos e materiais utilizados na manutenção.Solicitar compras de materiais e serviços.Realizar cadastro de peças e equipamentos em sistema.Receber materiais e equipamentos destinados à manutenção.Acompanhar processos de orçamento, notas fiscais e envio de equipamentos para reparo.Planejamento e Controle da ProduçãoMonitorar diariamente os resultados de produção.Realizar análises de desempenho e justificar desvios de metas produtivas.Balancear e liberar ordens de produção conforme programação definida.Atualizar programações e sequenciamentos produtivos.Acompanhar consumo de materiais e necessidades de suprimentos para atendimento da produção.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos produtivos.Acompanhar não conformidades e apoiar ações corretivas.Suporte AdministrativoPrestar suporte administrativo às equipes de Manutenção e Produção.Realizar lançamentos em sistemas, planilhas e ferramentas de BI.Organizar e arquivar documentos e registros da área.Executar rotinas administrativas relacionadas ao PCPM.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormaçãoEnsino Superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Logística, Produção Industrial, Mecânica, Elétrica ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimentos TécnicosPlanejamento e Controle da Manutenção (PCM).Planejamento e Controle da Produção (PCP).Gestão de Facilities e Manutenção Predial.Excel intermediário/avançado.Power BI.SAP PM ou sistemas de gestão de manutenção.Gestão de custos de manutenção.Gestão de contratos e fornecedores.Controle de estoque e materiais.Gestão de ordens de serviço.Conhecimento em PMOC e sistemas de climatização.Conhecimentos básicos em NR-10, NR-33 e NR-35.DiferenciaisExperiência com ferramentas de melhoria contínua.Vivência em ambientes industriais.Conhecimento em análise de indicadores de manutenção e produção.
