Atuar como suporte técnico, organizacional e sistêmico à Coordenação Pedagógica, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos acadêmicos, para a organização das informações institucionais e para o fortalecimento da governança pedagógica, em alinhamento à proposta educacional da escola.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoio à Gestão PedagógicaApoiar a coordenação na organização, acompanhamento e execução das rotinas acadêmicas.Preparar materiais, pautas, atas e registros de reuniões pedagógicas, conselhos e formações.Organizar agendas, cronogramas e fluxos institucionais.Monitorar prazos e encaminhamentos definidos pela liderança.Gestão de Dados, Documentos e SistemasAtualizar e manter organizados registros acadêmicos, relatórios, atas e documentos institucionais.Alimentar sistemas pedagógicos e administrativos com dados confiáveis e atualizados.Organizar arquivos físicos e digitais conforme protocolos institucionais.Apoiar a produção de relatórios para tomada de decisão.Suporte a Processos de Formação e ProjetosApoiar a logística de formações internas, encontros pedagógicos e eventos institucionais.Organizar materiais, listas de presença, avaliações e registros.Acompanhar projetos pedagógicos e apoiar sua documentação.Comunicação InstitucionalApoiar a comunicação entre coordenação, professores, equipes administrativas e demais setores.Encaminhar informações conforme protocolos institucionais.Apoiar a organização de comunicados, circulares e relatórios.Zelar pela clareza, ética e confidencialidade das informações.Relação com Famílias (Apoio Institucional)Apoiar a coordenação na organização de reuniões com famílias.Auxiliar na sistematização de registros de atendimentos e devolutivas.Encaminhar demandas conforme fluxos institucionais.Compromisso InstitucionalParticipar de formações, reuniões e projetos institucionais.Cumprir protocolos, políticas internas e orientações da liderança.Atuar em consonância com a cultura, os valores e os princípios da escola.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos.Ética, Segurança e Conduta ProfissionalCumprir rigorosamente as políticas institucionais e de proteção à criança.Zelar pela confidencialidade das informações acadêmicas e pessoais.Reportar situações de risco conforme protocolo.Cumprir código de conduta e normas internas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência EsperadaExperiência prévia em funções administrativas ou de apoio pedagógico em contexto escolar.Vivência com organização de documentos, relatórios e sistemas institucionais.Experiência no suporte a reuniões, formações ou projetos educacionais.Desejável experiência em escolas bilíngues ou com currículo internacional.Perfil EsperadoGraduação em andamento ou concluída em Pedagogia, Administração, Gestão Educacional ou áreas afins.Boa comunicação oral e escrita.Organização, atenção a detalhes e responsabilidade.Postura ética, discreta e institucional.Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar com múltiplas demandas.Mentalidade de aprendizagem contínua.Inglês intermediário (desejável).
