Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de indicadores e análises de resultados de vendas de curto e longo prazo;Definir métricas de sucesso, acompanhamento e demonstrar resultados;Criação e manutenção de dashboards;Responsável pelo orquestração de campanhas comerciais com as equipes de produtos, Tecnologia, Marketing e vendas;Planejar e atuar de forma estratégica, com foco em resultados e qualidade, buscando continuamente a satisfação dos clientes;Realizar estudos estratégicos para direcionar o negócio e encontrar novas oportunidades;Construção de materiais executivos e de acompanhamentos.Requisitos e qualificações Formação Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Ter experiência com planejamento estratégico;Ter experiência com produtos de crédito e financeiros;Ter conhecimento em gestão de indicadores, análises de resultados;Conhecimento de SQL, Excel e PowerBi;Conhecimento em Databricks;Conhecimento em Discovery, Experimentação, Métricas de acompanhamento e avaliação de resultados;Conhecimento em Dynamics da Microsoft;Diferencial ter experiência em áreas como CRM e Growth;Habilidade para organização de projetos end-to-end;Gerenciar stakeholders e garantir o andamento dos projetos de acordo com as necessidades do negócio;Poder de influenciar, transitar e conectar diferentes temas com as áreas parceiras;Facilidade em resolver problemas complexos e simplificar soluções;Tenha sede por aprender e desbravar o mundo com sua curiosidade.
