Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Analista Planejamento e Controle I é responsável por contribuir ativamente para o desenvolvimento estratégico financeiro da empresa, com foco na elaboração orçamentária, ferramentas de controle e report, preparação de relatórios, automatização e planejamento de curto, médio e longo prazo.

Principais atividades:Elaboração e Acompanhamento Orçamentário;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais com insights financeiros críticos para a diretoria;Auxiliar na produção de relatórios mensais e anuais para stakeholders;Acompanhar indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs) financeiros e operacionais;Auxiliar na preparação de apresentações e materiais para reuniões com investidores e analistas de mercado;Realizar análises de cenários e simulações financeiras para subsidiar tomadas de decisão estratégicas;

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;

Domínio de Excel e ferramentas de análise financeira;

Conhecimento de finanças corporativas.

Capacidade analítica e crítica;

Comunicação clara e objetiva;

Habilidade de síntese de informações;Proatividade e orientação para resultados;
