Com atuação cada vez mais adaptada às necessidades do mercado de importação, exportação e mercado interno, a empresa preza pela excelência na movimentação de contêineres no Brasil, focado na integração multimodal.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesObjetivo da posiçãoAtuar no acompanhamento e análise dos indicadores de performance das operações ferroviárias e rodoviárias, transformando dados em informações que apoiem a tomada de decisão e a melhoria contínua dos processos logísticos.Como será seu dia a dia:Atualizar, consolidar e validar bases de dados operacionais e de performance.Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores (KPIs) relacionados às operações ferroviárias e rodoviárias.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e análises de desempenho.Construir apresentações executivas em PowerPoint para diferentes níveis da organização.Apoiar a identificação de desvios, oportunidades e tendências através da análise de dados.Realizar tratamento e cruzamento de informações provenientes de diferentes sistemas e fontes.Suportar reuniões de acompanhamento de resultados, preparando materiais e análises.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de medição e gestão de performance.Requisitos e qualificaçõesE para tirar de letra, você precisa de:Ensino superior completo ou cursando (último ano) em Administração ou Engenharias.Excel intermediário/avançado.Experiência com análise e tratamento de dados.Vivência na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.Experiência com PCP e/ou Logística.Capacidade analítica para identificar desvios, tendências e oportunidades de melhoria.Experiência com consolidação, validação e cruzamento de informações de diferentes fontes.Boa comunicação para apresentação de resultados e interação com diferentes áreas.Organização, atenção aos detalhes e foco em resultados.Será um diferencial se você tiver:Conhecimento em Power BI.Conhecimento em SQL.Experiência com indicadores.Informações adicionaisCuidar de você faz parte do caminhoChegar em nossos destinos só faz sentido se você estiver junto, podendo contar com todo o cuidado, apoio e acolhimento necessários.
