Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você fará por aqui?Orçamentos: Elaborar orçamentos de obras em diversas fases e gerar planilhas técnicas (curvas ABC de insumos/serviços, tabelas de quantitativos e áreas). Estudos de Custos e Soluções Executivas: Realizar pesquisas, levantamentos e comparativos de custos entre diferentes soluções para apoiar as definições dos projetos de arquitetura e engenharia. Controle de Custos e Apropriações: Controlar e analisar as apropriações no sistema, monitorar diários de obras e realizar o acompanhamento mensal de medições físico-financeiras, discutindo os resultados e previsões com a gestão e supervisores de obra. Gestão do Planejamento: Elaborar e acompanhar o planejamento físico das obras, estimativa de equipes de mão de obra e fases construtivas.Negociação e Suprimentos: Apoio nas cotações, comparativos de propostas e negociações para contratação de fornecedores e prestadores de serviços

Gestão por Indicadores: Gerar, analisar e apresentar indicadores operacionais e de resultado em reuniões periódicas com as demais áreas da empresa.
