Nós somos um escritório full-service que é referência no mercado jurídico. Estamos em busca de um Analista Pleno para atuar como braço direito da Gerência de BD. A posição combina inteligência comercial, análise de dados e suporte estratégico à atuação dos sócios, com impacto direto no crescimento e posicionamento do escritório.

Responsabilidades e atribuições CRM e Gestão de pipelineOperar e qualificar a base de dados no CRM, mantendo registros atualizados e confiáveisAcompanhar o funil comercial: oportunidades, propostas, contatos e leadsIdentificar gaps e propor melhorias de processo e sistemaAnálise de dados e Geração de insightsEstruturar e manter relatórios comerciais Criar dashboards em Excel e PowerPoint Transformar dados em hipóteses e propostas de ação para a gerênciaInteligência competitiva e de mercadoConduzir análises de concorrência com uso de conhecimento especializado (TTR, LACCA, Chambers, Legal 500)Monitorar mídias e publicações do setor jurídico (nacional e internacional)Realizar benchmarks de escritórios de referência nacionais e estrangeirosEstudos de mercado e prospecçãoMapear setores e geografias com potencial para o escritórioPesquisar e qualificar prospects e interlocutores relevantes via LinkedIn e fontes públicasApoiar o hunting de empresas com insumos de mercado estruturadosMateriais comerciais e Comunicação institucionalProduzir dossiês de reunião para os sócios, com inteligência sobre clientes e prospectsElaborar e atualizar apresentações institucionais do escritórioEstruturar propostas comerciais Conduzir processos de concorrência (RFPs/RFIs/BIDs etc.) com a coordenação dos sócios Automação e InovaçãoApoiar a implementação de automações da área de BDExplorar soluções de IA aplicadas às rotinas do timeRequisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Administração, Economia, Relações Internacionais, Marketing, Engenharia de Produção, Estatística ou áreas afins com perfil analíticoExperiência mínima de 2 anos em escritórios de advocacia, consultorias jurídicas ou ambientes B2B de alta complexidadeVivência com CRM (preferencialmente, Hubspot, Dynamics ou Salesforce) voltada à gestão comercial, isto é, atividades de qualificação de base e leitura de funil, não apenas operação Excel avançado com foco em análise de dadosFamiliaridade com ferramentas e rankings do mercado jurídico (não participará de submissões)Inglês avançado: leitura, escrita de e-mails, produção de apresentações e leitura de estudos e relatórios internacionaisInteresse genuíno em dados, automações e IA aplicada a processosDiferenciaisExperiência prévia com HubSpot Espanhol avançadoExperiência com ferramentas de IA generativa aplicadas a processos de BD ou marketing jurídicoConhecimento em PowerBI
