Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Analista de Marketing Pleno, com papel importante na condução de projetos e iniciativas de Marketing de ponta a ponta.Essa pessoa será responsável por transformar demandas do negócio em planos de ação, conectando diferentes áreas e parceiros e acompanhando as iniciativas desde o planejamento até a execução e análise dos resultados.Procuramos um perfil organizado, proativo, analítico e com senso de dono, que tenha facilidade para lidar com múltiplas demandas, transitar entre diferentes interlocutores e fazer os projetos acontecerem na prática.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar campanhas e projetos de Marketing de ponta a ponta, desde o planejamento e estruturação do cronograma até a execução, acompanhamento e análise dos resultados;Transformar demandas e objetivos do negócio em planos de ação claros, identificando etapas, responsáveis, dependências, riscos e próximos passos;Atuar de forma proativa na condução dos projetos, antecipando necessidades, identificando possíveis impactos e buscando as informações necessárias para garantir uma boa execução;Organizar e acompanhar cronogramas, entregas e prioridades, garantindo alinhamento entre todas as áreas e parceiros envolvidos;Atuar diretamente com franqueados, equipes de restaurante, fornecedores, parceiros externos e diferentes áreas internas, como Branding, Mídia, CRM, P&D, Compras e Logística;Apoiar a construção e evolução de processos, fluxos, ferramentas e padrões de trabalho que tragam mais organização e eficiência para a rotina de Marketing;Acompanhar a implementação das iniciativas nos restaurantes, identificando oportunidades e atuando na solução de possíveis desvios;Monitorar a performance das campanhas e projetos por meio de indicadores, transformando dados em aprendizados e propondo ajustes e planos de ação quando necessário;Participar de reuniões de alinhamento e contribuir ativamente com ideias, questionamentos, soluções e recomendações para os desafios do time e da marca;Acompanhar tendências de mercado, concorrência e comportamento do consumidor, trazendo referências e oportunidades relevantes para o negócio;Apoiar o planejamento, organização e execução de eventos, ativações e experiências de marca;Construir apresentações, reports e materiais de acompanhamento dos projetos e resultados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia em Marketing, preferencialmente com gestão de campanhas e projetos;Boa capacidade de organização, planejamento e gestão de múltiplas demandas simultaneamente;Perfil proativo, colaborativo e com senso de responsabilidade sobre as entregas;Capacidade analítica e familiaridade com acompanhamento de indicadores e resultados;Boa comunicação e facilidade para transitar entre diferentes áreas, parceiros e níveis de interlocução;Pacote Office intermediário, principalmente Excel e PowerPoint;Conhecimento básico de Power BI;Noções de design e ferramentas como Canva;Disponibilidade para viagens.Será um diferencial:Experiência em empresas de varejo, alimentação, franquias ou negócios com operação distribuída;Experiência no relacionamento com franqueados e/ou equipes de operação;Vivência com ferramentas de gestão de projetos e organização de demandas;Experiência com leitura e acompanhamento de indicadores comerciais e de Marketing.Informações adicionaisSalário (R$4.500,00) + Benefícios
