Procuramos alguém com bagagem em transporte e logística, bom raciocínio analítico e facilidade com planilhas e comunicação com parceiros.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFechamento Financeiro de TransportadorasConsolidar informações operacionais (rotas, entregas, pedágios, descontos, km) em planilhas de controle;Realizar validações e enviar os fechamentos às transportadoras com clareza e dentro dos prazos;Conferir notas, comprovantes de entrega e parâmetros operacionais;Tirar dúvidas dos parceiros e identificar oportunidades de redução de custos.Gestão de Atrasos / Performance de EntregasAcompanhar painéis de monitoramento logístico e identificar rotas com falhas ou atrasos;Analisar causas-raiz de atrasos e propor soluções junto aos times de operação e transportadoras;Produzir relatórios de performance e dar visibilidade para os times envolvidos;Interagir com motoristas, parceiros e áreas internas para correções e ajustes operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com logística, transporte, entregas ou operadores logísticos;Boa capacidade analítica e organização de dados;Conhecimento básico a intermediário de Excel (filtros, fórmulas, organização de dados);Boa comunicação para interagir com diferentes áreas e parceiros externos;Informações adicionaisVaga 100% presencial em Osasco-SP.
