Junte-se a nós e faça parte de uma equipe que está moldando o futuro da tecnologia de Data Centers.Inscreva-se e venha fazer parte da nossa jornada de inovação.Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar na gestão e acompanhamento do portfólio de projetos e demandas de TI, garantindo a atualização das informações de status, percentual de execução, prazos, responsáveis e principais marcos;

Planejar, monitorar e controlar projetos utilizando metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e em cascata (Waterfall);Elaborar e manter cronogramas, planos de projeto e documentações utilizando MS Project  Planner e Jira;Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), riscos e desvios, propondo ações corretivas;Facilitar cerimônias ágeis: planning, daily, review e retrospectiva;Reportar o status dos projetos para stakeholders e áreas de negócio;Identificação e priorização de demandas junto aos times de produto e tecnologia;Garantir a documentação e rastreabilidade das decisões ao longo do projeto.Participar de reuniões com equipes de TI e áreas de negócio para entendimento e acompanhamento de projetos e novas demandas;Realizar levantamento e análise de requisitos junto às áreas solicitantes, apoiando o entendimento do escopo, necessidades e objetivos das demandas;Apoiar o mapeamento de processos e necessidades de negócio, estruturando as informações para direcionamento aos times responsáveis;Elaborar, organizar e manter atualizada a documentação dos projetos e demandas, garantindo rastreabilidade das informações e decisões;Incluir e classificar novos projetos no portfólio de TI, considerando os pilares e critérios previamente definidos pela área;Acompanhar a evolução dos projetos, identificando riscos, atrasos, desvios, pendências e pontos de atenção;Acompanhar novas demandas recebidas pela área de TI, garantindo seu registro, documentação, direcionamento e acompanhamento;Consolidar informações dos projetos e preparar reportes de status e indicadores para acompanhamento da liderança;Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação concluída em Administração, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;Boa comunicação e habilidade para atuar com múltiplos stakeholders.Conhecimento a com MS Project para elaboração e controle de cronogramas;Domínio do Jira e/ou Planner para gestão de backlogs, sprints e rastreamento de issues;Conhecimento sólido em metodologias ágeis (Scrum e/ou Kanban);Experiência com gestão de projetos no modelo cascata (Waterfall);Informações adicionaisRefeitório no local;VR;Assistência Médica(com coparticipação)Assistência Odontológica;Seguro de Vida;VT / Fretado / Auxílio Mobilidade;Totalpass;Local de trabalho: Santana de Parnaíba;44 horas semanais.
