 • Prestar suporte aos consultores;

• Cotar os produtos que são comercializados;

• Analisar o pós-vendas;

• Cadastrar novos clientes;

• Fazer a análise crítica dos pedidos (estoque / financeiro / logística);

• Acompanhar as vendas com relação as metas estabelecidas;

• Prestar suporte a todas as áreas de vendas internas;

• Preencher e acompanhar planilhas de objetivo por consultor;

• Atender as reclamações dos clientes, técnica /comercial e direcionar para as áreas responsáveis;

• Realizar cotações para clientes e portais;

• Colaborar com o setor de cobrança em situações de inadimplência;

• Realizar a análise de estoque e os releases das liberações de produto;

• Prestar atendimento e realizar outras atividades profissionais correlatas e inerentes ao cargo exercido, conforme orientação e/ou solicitação do superior imediato.Atividades Pontuais:• Participar de projetos especiais.

• Participar e/ou contribuir em forças-tarefa quando necessário.

• Participar, colaborar e/ou ministrar treinamentos internos quando necessário. • Auxiliar nas atividades gerais da área quando necessário.

• Orientar e acompanhar tecnicamente cargos de menor nível de atuação, quando necessário.

• Contribuir para a integração e adaptação de novos colaboradores na empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo.
