En Stefanini somos más de 30.000 genios, conectados desde 41 países, haciendo lo que les apasiona y co-creando un futuro mejor.En Stefanini buscamos un(a) Analista Senior de PMO TI y Gestión de Portafolio, con alta capacidad de organización, análisis y comunicación, para acompañar transversalmente la gestión del portafolio de proyectos tecnológicos de la organización.La posición será responsable de consolidar información, hacer seguimiento a los Project Managers, fortalecer la adopción de la metodología de proyectos y proporcionar visibilidad ejecutiva sobre avances, riesgos, capacidad y presupuesto.Responsabilidades y atribucionesEstablecer, mantener y optimizar los marcos de gobernanza de la PMO, integrando metodologías ágiles, Scrum y Waterfall.Mantener una visión integral y actualizada del portafolio de proyectos de IT.Realizar seguimiento a los cronogramas, hitos, dependencias, riesgos y compromisos de los proyectos.Validar la documentación definida por la PMO, incluyendo Project Charter, presentaciones para sponsors, planes, reportes y demás soportes de gestión.Realizar reuniones periódicas uno a uno con los Project Managers para identificar avances, desviaciones, riesgos y necesidades de apoyo.Liderar el comité bimensual de PMO IT.Preparar y liderar sesiones ejecutivas para presentar el estado del portafolio ante la Dirección de IT.Elaborar informes y presentaciones ejecutivas con KPI, estado de salud de los proyectos y métricas de disponibilidad.Consolidar y promover la estandarización de las prácticas de gestión de proyectos.Realizar refuerzos metodológicos y orientar a los Project Managers en la correcta aplicación de los estándares de la PMO.Analizar la capacidad y asignación de ingenieros de software, especialistas DevOps y arquitectos de soluciones entre los diferentes proyectos y objetivos de sprint.Realizar seguimiento a los presupuestos del portafolio tecnológico, compromisos de licenciamiento y gastos asociados a infraestructura y hardware.Identificar oportunamente bloqueos, dependencias técnicas, vulnerabilidades y riesgos de cumplimiento.Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua en las herramientas y procesos de gestión de proyectos.Coordinar la publicación de IT News sobre proyectos finalizados y resultados relevantes para la organización.Requisitos y calificacionesProfesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Sistemas de Información, Ingeniería Informática o carreras afines.Mínimo tres años de experiencia en PMO, gestión de portafolios o coordinación de iniciativas técnicas de ingeniería de software o sistemas empresariales.Experiencia realizando seguimiento simultáneo a varios proyectos tecnológicos.Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles, Scrum y Waterfall.Certificación vigente Project Management Professional (PMP).Inglés nivel B2.Dominio avanzado de al menos una herramienta de gestión empresarial: Jira Enterprise, Microsoft Project o Planisware Orchestra.Experiencia creando indicadores, informes y tableros en Power BI, Tableau o Excel.Conocimientos básicos de arquitecturas cloud AWS o Azure, procesos CI/CD y entornos de almacenamiento de datos.Experiencia elaborando documentación, reportes y presentaciones para audiencias ejecutivas.Deseables:PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).SAFe Agilist.Comunicación clara, asertiva y ejecutiva.Alta capacidad de planificación, organización y seguimiento.Atención al detalle y rigurosidad documental.Capacidad para estructurar información compleja y transformarla en reportes ejecutivos.Informaciones adicionales
