Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um(a) Analista de Pré-Vendas para atuar na construção de soluções de suporte e manutenção de infraestrutura crítica de TI, apoiando a área comercial em oportunidades relacionadas a Data Center, servidores, storage, redes e contratos de suporte de hardware. O profissional será responsável por traduzir necessidades dos clientes em propostas técnicas e comerciais competitivas, colaborando com fabricantes e parceiros estratégicos para desenvolvimento de soluções que garantam disponibilidade, performance e continuidade operacional dos ambientes de TI. 

Principais responsabilidadesApoiar a equipe comercial na qualificação técnica de oportunidades.Elaborar soluções de suporte e manutenção de hardware para ambientes de Data Center.Realizar levantamentos técnicos, assessment de infraestrutura e análise de ambientes.Elaborar propostas técnicas, escopos, premissas, SLAs e documentos de dimensionamento.Interagir com fabricantes como HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco e outros parceiros do ecossistema.Estruturar ofertas de Break & Fix, suporte especializado, renovação tecnológica, expansão de capacidade e contratos de manutenção.Apoiar processos de RFP, RFQ e RFI.Participar de reuniões com clientes para entendimento de requisitos técnicos e apresentação de soluções.Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de Delivery, Operações e Gerenciamento de Serviços para definição de modelos de atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosConhecimentos sólidos em: Servidores (HPE, Dell, Lenovo ou similares);Storage;Networking;Virtualização (VMware, Hyper-V);Sistemas operacionais Windows Server e Linux;Contratos de suporte e manutenção de hardware.Experiência na elaboração de propostas técnicas e comerciais.Boa capacidade de comunicação e apresentações para clientes.Conhecimento em SLAs, ITIL e processos de suporte.Formação superior completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Redes, Telecomunicações ou áreas correlatas

Experiência: mínima de 3 anos em infraestrutura de Data Center ou pré-vendas de serviços de infraestrutura.

Diferenciais:Certificações HPE, Dell, Lenovo ou Cisco.Certificação ITIL Foundation.Experiência em integradoras de TI ou empresas de suporte multinacional.Conhecimento em serviços gerenciados, monitoramento, backup, disaster recovery e continuidade de negócios.Vivência em fabricantes ou concorrentes do segmento, como Big Blue, Evernex, Faiston, Unisys, Logicalis, TIVIT, Claro Empresas ou Stefanini.Competências comportamentais:Perfil consultivo e orientado ao cliente.Capacidade analítica e visão de negócios.Organização e atenção aos detalhes.Facilidade para trabalhar com múltiplas demandas simultaneamente.Forte senso de ownership.Habilidade de negociação e influência.Trabalho em equipe e colaboração multidisciplinar.
