O profissional será responsável pela formação de preços e análise da rentabilidade dos produtos de Crédito da NoVerde/Dotz.Irá interagir frequentemente com outras áreas da empresa para garantir a aderência às diretrizes de risco do portfólio, enquanto busca otimizar o unit economics de cada produto.Agora NoVerde e Dotz estão juntas para democratizar o acesso ao crédito, oferecendo empréstimo pessoal de forma 100% digital, rápida e sem garantia.Temos mais de 8 milhões de cadastros, e já incentivamos mais de 200 mil pessoas, ultrapassando os R$400 milhões emprestados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e manter modelos de precificação de crédito;Definir para cada produto a melhor clusterização de risco;Planejar e analisar o resultado dos principais indicadores de rentabilidade;Analisar as diferenças entre o resultado projetado x realizado;Monitorar a estratégia de preços de outros fundos e financeiras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em Engenharias, Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia e áreas correlatadas;Vivência em Precificação no segmento de Financiamento ao Consumo;Inglês Avançado;Excel avançado;Domínio em SQL;Senso critico e proatividade para avaliar potenciais melhorias, e tomar as ações necessárias;Python (desejável).
